AcarBlu

AcarBlu is located in the Acarlar neighborhood of the Beykoz district in Istanbul. The project is a residential development built by the Acarlar Group of Companies and was delivered in the second quarter of 2017. The project, which consists of a total of 240 apartments, is spread over an area of 2,291,200 square meters.

AcarBlu comprises two blocks, each 30 stories high. Apartment options include 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 3.5+1, and 4.5+1, with usable areas starting from 105 square meters and going up to 303 square meters. The apartments in the project feature spacious terraces.

The building design was carried out by Brigitte Weber Architecture, and three different decoration styles are offered. In addition to the Bosphorus view, the facades of the project also offer views of the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea.

The AcarBlu Sales Office is located in Beykoz / Istanbul. The project is situated between the Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Yavuz Sultan Selim bridges, and its surroundings include natural green areas as well as walking trails.
