Akkent 6 AVM – Homeofis

Akkent 6 AVM – Homeofis is a project developed by Ünal Akpınar A.Ş. It consists of a total of 316 apartments and 112 commercial units. The construction process of the project was carried out within a concept that combines a shopping mall and home offices.

The Akkent 6 project consists of three blocks: Blocks A and B are designed as residential and office spaces, while Block C functions as a shopping mall. Each block undertakes separate functions, addressing the housing needs of the region.

The delivery date of the project is set as the second quarter of 2019. It is stated that the company, which operated only in the construction of shopping centers and hotels during the construction phase, took its first step into the real estate sector with this project.

Akkent 6 is located in the Turgut Özal neighborhood of the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. Easy access to the D-20 highway is provided via Batıkent Road, and its proximity to the Ostim Organized Industrial Zone aims to appeal to industry executives.
