Akkent Doğa Konutları 2. Etap is located in the Deliklikaya neighborhood of Arnavutköy, Istanbul. Built by Osmanoğulları İnşaat, the project is designed as two blocks on a total area of 30,000 square meters and contains 255 apartments along with 15 shops.

75 percent of the project is allocated to green areas. This provides residents with social amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a Turkish bath, and a sauna. Additionally, the complex features various activity areas including sports fields, a cafe, a restaurant, and a children's playground.

The delivery date for Akkent Doğa Konutları 2. Etap has been set as the second quarter of 2021. As part of security measures, the project includes entrance security and camera systems, ensuring the safety of residents.
