Akros İstanbul

Akros İstanbul is a project developed by Ak Proje-Kaysel-Ertok Yapı Partnership. Located in the Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa neighborhood of Esenyurt, this project offers a total of 491 residences.

Akros İstanbul consists of three towers, one of which is 35 stories, while the other two are 18 stories. The project features various apartment types and sizes. The construction process has been completed, and the fourth quarter of 2019 was set as the project delivery date.

The company carrying out the project's construction, Ak Proje, is supported by Asoy İnşaat. This partnership is recognized in the sector through previous projects such as Kale Kent, Eyüp Park, and Güneşli Park.

Akros İstanbul is located close to the E-5 Highway. Due to the numerous bus and metrobus stops in its immediate vicinity, it offers an advantage in terms of transportation. Additionally, Perlavista, Marmarapark, and Torium shopping malls are located in the area, providing sufficient opportunities to meet shopping needs. The Akros İstanbul Sales Office is located in Esenyurt / İstanbul.
