Ankara Golfkent

Ankara Golfkent is a residential project developed by TURYAP. The project is located in the Balıkuyumcu neighborhood of the Etimesgut district, on Eskişehir Road. Built on a total land area of 1,260,000 square meters, the project consists of 2,640 residences in three phases.

The residences in the project are offered in different types: 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1. The usable areas of the residences vary between 50 and 300 square meters. Each apartment has spacious balcony or terrace options.

Ankara Golfkent project has a total of 700,000 square meters of green space and includes Turkey's largest golf course. The golf course is a nine-hole field designed in accordance with standards, featuring two par-3 holes, five par-4 holes, and two par-5 holes.

Ankara Golfkent Sales Office is located in Etimesgut / Ankara. It is situated close to the main axis of Eskişehir Road in terms of transportation, which facilitates access to the project. The project delivery date is the fourth quarter of 2018.
