Asia Park

Asia Park, built in collaboration with Çifçi Çelebi Yapı and Expert Yapı, is located in the Çarşı neighborhood of Kartal district, Istanbul. The project is established on a total area of 4,200 square meters, of which 3,000 square meters are allocated as green space. Consisting of a total of 102 units, the project includes 96 residences and two stores.

The apartments in the Asia Park project are designed in various sizes. Built in two blocks, the apartment types in the project range from 2+1 units between 102 and 116 square meters, while 3+1 units are between 139 and 146 square meters. Additionally, there are two stores, each measuring 110 square meters.

The structures in Asia Park were built in compliance with earthquake regulations following soil surveys and building inspections. In addition to the use of C35 concrete grade, the blocks feature various technical equipment such as fire escapes, hydrofor systems, and water tanks. The apartments are heated by a natural gas central system, and hot water is provided for each unit.

The Asia Park Sales Office is located in Kartal / Istanbul. The project’s transportation options and surrounding area are highly convenient; its proximity to main transportation axes provides easy access to other locations in the region. Urban infrastructure
