Asmalı Bahçe Şehir

Asmalı Bahçe Şehir is a real estate project located in Başakşehir district of Istanbul, in Bahçeşehir 1. Kısım Mahallesi. Developed by Dekar Gayrimenkul A.Ş. and Demiröz İnşaat partnership, the project was built on a total land area of 91,000 m² and offers a total of 499 residences.

The project consists of 443 garden-type houses and 56 apartment flats located within a single block. The first phase of the project was delivered in July 2018.

Asmalı Bahçe Şehir is a mixed-use project targeting the upper income group. There is no public transportation available at the analyzed points, and access to the E-80 highway by car takes approximately 45 minutes.

The Asmalı Bahçe Şehir Sales Office, located in Bahçeşehir 1. Kısım Mahallesi, is situated in Başakşehir / Istanbul. Due to the lack of shopping centers or public transportation services in the vicinity of the project, it is considered to appeal only to private vehicle owners.
