Atalay Residence

Atalay Residence is a residential project developed by İz Gayrimenkul Geliştirme İnşaat A.Ş. It is located in the Caddebostan neighborhood of Istanbul's Kadıköy district. The project consists of a single 20-story block and includes a total of 80 apartments.

Atalay Residence was built as part of an urban transformation project. Notable features of the project include a 360-degree panoramic terrace and a wealth of social living spaces. Currently, 20 apartments in the project are offered for sale.
