Avangart İstanbul

Avangart project is located in the Ayazağa neighborhood of Sarıyer district, Istanbul. Developed by Gül Proje, this mixed-use project was delivered on Cendere Avenue in the second quarter of 2020. The project has a total construction area of 207,000 square meters and consists of 935 apartments and 22 shops across 10 blocks on a 36,750 square meter land plot.

The apartments in the project are designed in different types ranging from 1+1 to 4+1, with apartment sizes varying between 45 and 399 square meters. The blocks range from 11 to 21 floors in total. To offer a secure living environment within the Avangart project, there are closed parking lots and an experienced security team.

In the Avangart project, there are lobby and reception areas as well as freight elevators to meet the needs of the commercial spaces. As part of the security measures, camera systems providing continuous monitoring have been installed in the project.
