Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler (Phase 2)

Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler (2nd Phase) is a residential project located on Alemdağ Street in the Atakent neighborhood of the Ümraniye district. This project comprises a total of 1,505 residences. Additionally, within the scope of the project, 13 blocks, along with two separate office blocks and 38 commercial units, have been constructed.

The Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler project offers variety in terms of apartment types; 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 housing options are available. Apartment sizes range from 75 to 248 square meters. The apartments in the project were designed with large windows, thus providing bright interiors.

The delivery date set for the project is the first quarter of 2022. The Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler project, carried out by Artaş Holding, includes elements that support both residential and commercial investments.

Avrupa Konutları Yamanevler (2nd Phase) Sales Office is located in Ümraniye / Istanbul. In terms of transportation, access can be provided via Alemdağ Street; thus, it is in a location close to ring roads and main transportation arteries.
