Bloque 17

Bloque 17 is located in the Mithatpaşa neighborhood of Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. The project is being built by Dayan Yatırım İnşaat ve Turizm Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. The structure, which includes a total of 42 apartments and 4 commercial units, covers an area of 8,000 m².

Bloque 17 consists of a single five-story block. Every apartment in the project has a view of the Belgrade Forest, and its architectural design is striking.

Project work began in 2017, with the delivery date planned for the first quarter of 2020. Bloque 17 offers various social facility amenities, including an open swimming pool, sauna, and sports center.

The Bloque 17 Sales Office is located in Eyüpsultan / Istanbul. For access to the project, it is possible to reach the D-020 highway from Kemerburgaz – Pirinççi Road in approximately ten minutes. There are private schools in the immediate vicinity, but no metro station or shopping center is available.
