Bosphorus

Bosphorus is a residential project located in the Boğaz neighborhood of the İskele district in Cyprus. The project, which will be built on Turkish-title deed lands, offers a total of 552 units on a 70-dönüm area. The project features different types of residence options, including garden studios, duplex penthouse apartments, and commercial shops.

Within the project, there are 128 garden studios, 96 garden 1+1 units, 272 duplex 1+1 penthouses, and various other apartment options of different sizes. Additionally, designed for families, the project also offers some apartment alternatives with private pools. All these units have been meticulously prepared.

Social areas have been planned within the building design to meet the needs of the residents. At the project entrance, there is a reception and check-in point, and various service facilities are provided for residents. As for green space, a total of 7,000 m² park area has been created.

Bosphorus Sales Office is located in İskele / Cyprus. A shuttle service is provided for residents, offering transportation to Salamis-Long Beach-Bafra every three hours and to Bafra-Four Seasons Beach-Lemar every hour. With these access options, it is possible to easily reach important points in the vicinity.
