Coordinat Bornova

Coordinat Bornova is located in the Kazımdirik neighborhood of İzmir's Bornova district. The project was developed by DRC İnşaat and covers a total area of 30,000 m². Consisting of 500 residences, this project includes designated areas for both housing and commercial spaces.

The apartments in the Coordinat Bornova project are delivered fully furnished. The units come with all white goods and furniture included, making them ready for immediate move-in upon completion of construction. The interior design is inspired by the Scandinavian style.

Construction of the project began in 2016, with the delivery date set for the first quarter of 2018. The project aims to serve as an investment-oriented development with a total of 500 residential units.

Coordinat Bornova Sales Office is located in Bornova / İzmir. The project site is situated close to key transportation hubs in the area; additionally, Ege University Medical Faculty Hospital and Bornova Regional Metro Station are within walking distance.
