Damga Metro Göztepe

Damga Metro Göztepe is an urban transformation project located in the Demirkapı neighborhood of Bağcılar district. The project has been realized by the partnership of Feza İnşaat and Örenler İnşaat. The project consists of a total of 282 residential units, offering various apartment options.

The project includes 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartment types. The spacious floor plans, especially designed for families, stand out. Apartment sizes range from a 104 square meter 2+1 unit to various sizes of 3+1 apartment options.

The construction of the Damga Metro Göztepe project was carried out on a total area of 8,083 square meters. The project offers flexible payment options, and the delivery date is the third quarter of 2019.
