Dekar Şehirbahçe is located in the Bahçeşehir 1. Kısım neighborhood of Istanbul's Başakşehir district. The project consists of 51 blocks built on a total area of 41,000 m² and contains a total of 181 independent units. Delivery will take place in the third quarter of 2023.
