Demir Country

Demir Country has been realized by Demir İnşaat in the Kavaklı neighborhood of Istanbul's Beylikdüzü district. The project is located on a 44,426 square meter area and includes a total of 1,160 apartments, 110 commercial units, and 50 villas. The project delivery date has been set as June 2020.

The Demir Country project consists of a total of nine blocks. Approximately 20,500 square meters of the project area have been allocated for green spaces. Additionally, street-type shopping and lifestyle centers are also included within the project scope.

The project features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as an indoor sports and wellness center, which covers an area of 1,000 square meters. Furthermore, there are children's swimming pools, relaxation areas, and landscape arrangements enriched with walking paths.

Demir Country Sales Office is located in Beylikdüzü / Istanbul. The project is situated in the developing area of Marmara Mahallesi and is located on Mehmet Akif Ersoy Caddesi, a location showing rapid value appreciation.
