Demir House

Demir House is a residential project located in the Kurtköy Neighborhood of Pendik, Istanbul. Developed by Paşhan İnşaat, this project consists of a total of 160 apartments, with the delivery date set for the last quarter of 2019.

The project was built in three blocks, each eight stories high. Apartment types include only 2+1 and 3+1 options; 2+1 apartments have an area of 107 square meters, while 3+1 apartments have a maximum width of 112 square meters.

Demir House also features two commercial areas. Closed parking lots were created within the complex to regulate internal traffic. This has both reduced vehicle traffic and ensured a safe environment.

Demir House Sales Office is located in Pendik / Istanbul. The area where the project is situated is one of the developing regions on the Anatolian Side and offers advantages in terms of transportation. Its location in a neighborhood rich in social amenities also draws attention.
