Demir La Vida

Demir La Vida is a residential project located in the Alkent 2000 neighborhood of Büyükçekmece district in Istanbul. It was developed by Akbulut İnşaat, Arma Yapı, and Özdemir İnşaat. The project spans a total area of 42,400 square meters and was delivered in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The project includes a total of 379 residence hotel apartments along with 29 commercial units. It features amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a children's swimming pool. Additionally, basketball and volleyball courts are available for sports activities.

The green areas of the Demir La Vida project cover a total of 30,000 square meters. These areas, created with landscape architecture, are enriched with decorative ponds, bridges, and waterfalls. Smart home system technology has also been utilized.
