Elite Concept Fikirtepe

Elite Concept Fikirtepe is a project developed by ŞUA İnşaat. It consists of a total of 785 apartments and 26 commercial units. The project's land area is 24,000 m², of which 10,000 m² is allocated to social and green spaces.

The project consists of three blocks in total. Detailed information about apartment types and sizes is not provided; however, it is stated that the project targets the upper-middle and high-income groups.

The delivery date of the Elite Concept project is planned for July 2018. ŞUA İnşaat was established as a company in 1992 and has used the same "elite" name in its previous projects.

The Elite Concept Fikirtepe Sales Office is located in Kadıköy / İstanbul. The project is situated next to the D-100 highway, while the Göztepe metro station is directly across from it. Additionally, Marmara University and İstanbul Medeniyet University Hospital are reachable on foot in approximately 15 minutes; Bağdat Avenue is a half-hour walk away. Akasya AVM is located to the west of the project, at a distance of about 20 minutes.
