Empire İstanbul

Empire İstanbul project is located in the Saadetdere neighborhood of Esenyurt district. The project was built as a single 40-story tower and includes a total of 320 apartments and commercial units. Situated on the E-5 connection road, the project offers both office and residential spaces.

The project features different types of apartment options; various layouts such as 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 are available. It has been reported that the apartments are designed to have a sea view. Unit prices per square meter range from three thousand TL to seven thousand TL.

The first five floors of the Empire İstanbul project are reserved for offices. The commercial areas on the ground floor consist of shops and stores. The delivery date of the project has been set as the fourth quarter of 2020.
