Evinpark Ada & Tepe Rezidans

Evinpark Ada & Tepe Residence is being developed in partnership with Sefa İnşaat and Koyuncu İnşaat. The project is located in the Altayçeşme neighborhood of Maltepe district and includes a total of 432 apartments and 37 commercial units.

The Evinpark Ada project consists of 10 blocks, each 10 stories high. The land area on which the project will be built is 18,000 m².

The project is planned for delivery in the second quarter of 2018. The architectural design of Evinpark Ada has been conceived with high standards in mind.

Evinpark Ada is situated between Bağdat Avenue and the D-100 highway, within walking distance of both transportation axes. It is also just five minutes away from the Maltepe metro station and two metrobus stops. The Evinpark Ada & Tepe Residence Sales Office is located in Maltepe / Istanbul.
