EV’RE-2

EV'RE-2 is located in the Abdurrahmangazi neighborhood of Sancaktepe, Istanbul. Developed by Gedizler Yapı Otomotiv Tic. Ve San. A.Ş., the project consists of a total of 378 apartments with a delivery date in the second quarter of 2018. The project was built on a 28,500 square meter plot.

The apartment types available in the project include 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 options. The gross areas of the 2+1 apartments range between 107 and 120 square meters, while the 3+1 apartments measure between 141 and 186 square meters gross. Additionally, the gross area of the 4+1 apartments is 216 square meters. In this building system, which features four apartments per floor, ground floor units offer garden use.

Security elements are prioritized in the İkinci Ev're project; the building perimeter is continuously monitored by a camera system. Furthermore, the project is designed with an eco-friendly perspective, aiming to preserve the old pine trees on the plot.

Thanks to its location in the Abdurrahmangazi neighborhood, it provides transportation convenience. The EV'RE-2 Sales Office is located in Sancaktepe / Istanbul. The presence of green areas around the project stands out, offering a natural environment.
