Eye Of İstanbul

Eye Of İstanbul is being built on a 4,000 m² plot of land in the Dumlupınar neighborhood of the Pendik district. The project consists of a single block with 11 floors and a total of 140 apartments.

While the eastern facade of the project overlooks Gözdağı forest and Tuzla views, the western facade offers views of the Marmara Sea, the Princes' Islands, and the city from the upper floors. The apartments are designed with spacious living areas.

The delivery date for the Eye Of İstanbul project is planned for the first quarter of 2023. Social amenities include a three-story indoor parking lot, sauna, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, Turkish bath, and steam room.

The Eye Of İstanbul Sales Office is located in Pendik / İstanbul. It is situated in a central location in terms of access to the project.
