Farilya Asia

Farilya Asia is a residential project located in the Fevzi Çakmak neighborhood of the Pendik district, Istanbul. It was developed by Ufuk İstanbul Mesken İnşaat. The project is built on a 13,000 m² area and comprises a total of 357 apartments along with 32 commercial units on the ground floors.

The Farilya Asia project consists of three blocks, each 10 stories high. The project targets the middle-income group and is completed, with apartment sales still ongoing.

The delivery date for the buildings in the project is the third quarter of 2018. Farilya Asia, which has a total of 357 apartments, is equipped with security measures and social amenities.

The Farilya Asia Sales Office is located in Pendik / Istanbul. The project, which is the northern neighbor of Aydos Forest, is situated close to the D-100 highway to the south. Located only 50 meters from Marmara University Pendik Hospital and Tavşantepe metro station, Farilya Asia also offers easy access to nearby schools and hospitals within short distances.
