Garden Suite Antalya

Garden Suite Antalya is located in the Altıntaş neighborhood of Aksu district, Antalya. The project consists of 141 apartments, with the delivery date planned for the third quarter of 2024. Developed by Miks – Nepa Joint Venture, this project offers strategic advantages with its location close to the airport and beaches.

In the architectural design of the project, there are two separate blocks on a plot with a nearly rectangular form. These structures are positioned parallel to the North-South axis, with sufficient space left between the two blocks for landscape design. The apartments are arranged to open in various directions, taking into account the climatic characteristics of Antalya.

In addition to a total of 141 apartments, the project also includes a pool area of approximately 1000 square meters. At the center of the pool, a bar has been created, along with seating areas and spaces for social activities around it. The landscape design aims to create a natural atmosphere by using vegetation native to the region.
