Gardenpark Evleri (2. Etap)

Gardenpark Evleri is being built by Çelikbari İnşaat in Çanakkale Merkez, Esenler Mahallesi. The project is located on a plot of 11,666 square meters and has a total construction area of 14,000 square meters. The project consists of four blocks with a total of 148 apartments.

The blocks in Gardenpark Evleri are designed as 7-story buildings. The apartment types available in the project are 2+1 and 3+1; the sizes of the residences range from 115 to 135 square meters. Additionally, there are two commercial units in the project.

The delivery date for the project has been set as the fourth quarter of 2020. Keys will be handed over to homeowners on this date.
