HEP İstanbul

HEP İstanbul is a project developed by Tekfen Emlak Geliştirme Yatırım ve Ticaret A.Ş. The project holds LEED Silver and Gold certifications and has been designed with an environmentally friendly approach. Hosting a total of 1,424 residences, HEP İstanbul was built on a 56,880 square meter plot of land in Zafer Mahallesi.

The architectural concept of the project belongs to CM Mimarlık, and its construction has been completed. The sizes and types of the apartments are not provided; however, there are a total of 1,424 homes. Life in the project has begun, and it awaits its new residents.

Among the technical features of HEP İstanbul, compliance with environmental standards is prominent; the project's possession of both LEED Silver and LEED Gold certifications supports this. Detailed information regarding all structures in the project has not been provided.

HEP İstanbul is located on Adile Naşit Bulvarı in Zafer Mahallesi of the Esenyurt district. Due to its location at the intersection of the D-100 / E-5 highway and the Avcılar Haramidere Bağlantı Yolu, access by car is very easy; additionally, it is possible to reach the Haramidere Metrobus stop within a 10-minute walk. The HEP İstanbul Sales Office is located in Esenyurt / İstanbul.
