İBF Şehr-i Yaşam

İBF Şehr-i Yaşam is located in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Melikgazi district of Kayseri. The project consists of 214 independent units and the delivery date is set as the third quarter of 2024.

The project includes various social areas. These areas feature pergolas, seating benches, an open children's playground, and basketball and football fields. Additionally, parking areas and perimeter security cameras are provided within the scope of the project.

Landscaping will be carried out during the project construction, and upon completion of the building, it is aimed to contribute to the region. All these features have been carefully planned in the project developed by İBF Doğan İnşaat.

İBF Şehr-i Yaşam Sales Office is located in Melikgazi / Kayseri. The project is within close proximity to kindergarten, primary school, and middle school, and is only 200 meters away from the İldem 5 tram line. It also offers easy access to shopping malls and public markets
