İda Konakları

İda Konakları is located on the Assos road in the Fatih neighborhood of Ayvacık district, connected to the province of Çanakkale. The project is built on a 7,300 square meter area and includes a total of 120 apartments.

İda Konakları is designed horizontally and consists of 4 blocks, each 5 stories high. The apartments are available in 2+1 layouts with a gross area of 124 m² and 3+1 layouts with a gross area of 157 m². All apartments in the project are eligible for mortgage use.
