Karat 34

Karat 34 is located in Yenibosna Merkez Mahallesi in the Bahçelievler district of Istanbul. Developed in partnership with Doğa Şehircilik and Başyapı İnşaat, this project covers a total area of 21,438 m² and consists of six blocks. The project includes a total of 441 residential units and 151 commercial units.

The structure of the project is divided equally, with half allocated to residential apartments and the other half to commercial units and offices. The Karat 34 project is a candidate for LEED Gold certification. The delivery date is planned for the second quarter of 2019.

The architecture of the Karat 34 project has been designed in detail, with sustainability principles taken into consideration. With these features, it aims to both contribute to environmental awareness and create functional spaces for users.

Karat 34 is located a few hundred meters north of Atatürk Airport and has direct connections to the D-7 and E-5 highways. Within walking distance, there are many metro stations (DTM-Istanbul Expo Center, Yenibosna) and shopping malls (ArmoniPark, StarCity, Kuyumcukent Mall). The Karat 34 Sales Office is located in Bahçelievler / Istanbul.
