Kartal Wings

Kartal Wings is located in the Petroliş neighborhood of Kartal district, Istanbul. The project was realized through the partnership of Umran Yapı and Amad Yapı. Spread over a total area of 12,000 square meters, the project site contains 3 low-rise blocks.

The project consists of a total of 278 residences, along with 9 commercial units. The design of the apartments was conceived with low-rise buildings to support the traditional neighborhood lifestyle. Additionally, the project features 8,500 square meters of green space created with special landscape architecture.

The delivery date for the Kartal Wings project is the fourth quarter of 2022. Details regarding the sizes and types of the apartments in the project have not been provided; however, it is stated that each apartment has a natural view.

The project is located in one of Istanbul's rapidly appreciating areas and is close to city amenities. Kartal Wings Sales Office is located in Kartal / Istanbul. Its proximity to main arteries offers easy access in terms of transportation.
