Kıratlı Evleri

Kıratlı Evleri is a residential project located in the Bademli neighborhood of Mudanya district in Bursa. The project is being built on a 10-dönüm land with 12 villas. The villas have a total usable area of 405 m² and are designed as 2-story buildings.

Each villa features a private heated pool. Additionally, every villa has a closed parking area for 1-2 vehicles. The project will also include social facilities and a common pool; these areas are open for use by all residents.

A common generator and water tank will be installed in the project, so all villas will not be affected by power and water outages. Trees and plants suitable for Bursa's climate will be preferred for landscaping; grass will be applied on the grounds. Automatic irrigation systems are also included in the project.

Kıratlı Evleri Sales Office is located in Mudanya / Bursa. For those who want to learn about the project's transportation options, access is possible via the main roads throughout the district. The delivery process will take place in the fourth quarter of 2023.
