Lavinya City project is being developed by Kullar İnşaat. The project has a total land area of 22,872 m² and includes 15,250 m² of landscape area. There are a total of 305 residences in the project.

Lavinya City consists of 8 blocks, each with 8 floors. A total of 323 apartments and 15 commercial units are located within. The expected completion date of the project is the second quarter of 2019.

The project is located south of the E-5 highway and is approximately 1 kilometer from the coastline. In terms of transportation, since the boulevard is directly connected to the highway, access by car is quite convenient.

The Lavinya City Sales Office is located in Büyükçekmece / İstanbul. Important locations such as Aymerkez Shopping Mall and Özel Medicell Hospital are in its immediate vicinity.
