Levnavilla

Levnavilla is a residential project built in Dibektaş Mahallesi, Sapanca district of Sakarya province. The project, realized in collaboration with Estans Yapı, Necat Yapı and Fuzul İnşaat, has been designed in a villa concept. Consisting of a total of 15 villas, Levnavilla covers an area of 9,950 square meters.

Levnavilla features two different villa types; these have been designed as 4+1 and 8+1. All villas are constructed from steel structure. The 4+1 duplex villas include three bathrooms, while the 8+1 triplex villas have five bathrooms. Parking space for two vehicles is provided for each villa, and each also has a 500 square meter garden and a 35 square meter swimming pool.

The delivery date for Levnavilla is planned as July 2018. The project also includes security services and camera systems. The quality of the materials used in the construction of the villas aims to increase durability.

Levnavilla Sales Office is located in Sapanca / Sakarya. The project is situated in a location close to Lake Sapanca and is surrounded by forest views. Thanks to these features, it offers a peaceful living space.
