Livin İzmir

Livin is a residential project developed by Cengiz İnşaat in the Mavişehir neighborhood of Karşıyaka, İzmir. The project, which includes a total of 365 residential units and 33 commercial spaces, was built on a 35,000 square meter plot. The project is planned in two phases, with the first phase completed.

The Livin project consists of a 31-story vertical block and seven horizontally designed blocks. The delivery date for the residences has been set as the second quarter of 2019. The project features social amenities such as an open swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool.
