Loft Up

Loft Up is a project located in the Yenişehir neighborhood of Ataşehir, Istanbul. Developed by Tatar Yapı, this project is designed for use as both office and residential space. With a total capacity of 150 units, the delivery date for the Loft Up project is the third quarter of 2017.

Loft Up stands out with its mini plaza concept. The project spans a total area of 6,000 square meters. The first phase of construction includes 25 units, with plans to build additional towers in the future.

The Loft Up project, carried out by Tatar Yapı, offers the feature of being usable both as a residence and an office. Among the company's previously completed projects are qualified structures such as Çınar Olimpia Park Konutları and Holiday Inn Ümraniye.

Loft Up Sales Office is located in Ataşehir / Istanbul. The project is near the Turkey Finance Center; however, transportation is only available by bus. Located between Ebubekir Caddesi and Osmangazi Caddesi, Loft Up can be accessed via the O-4 Anatolian Highway.
