Maya Kemer Evleri Phase 1

Maya Kemer Evleri Phase 1 is a residential project located in the Mimarsinan neighborhood of the Eyüpsultan district. The project is being developed on a total land area of 51,300 m² and is designed in three phases. Construction of the first two phases is ongoing, while the third phase is in the project stage.

The residential blocks in Phase 1 contain a total of 210 apartments. Apartment options include various sizes from 1+1 to 5+1+1, with garden, terrace, or mid-floor alternatives. The project also features loft-type roof duplexes with large terraces.

The project's social facility area is approximately 900 m² and offers amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. In addition to a restaurant and café section, there are also relaxation areas.

Maya Kemer Evleri Phase 1 Sales Office is located in Eyüpsultan / Istanbul. There is no vehicle circulation within the site except for emergencies; thus, social amenities such as walking paths and children's playgrounds are brought to the forefront.
