Metsan Nexus

Metsan Nexus is being built by Metsan İnşaat in Kartal, Istanbul. The project is designed on a 24,000 m² land area with 6 blocks and 3 phases. Upon completion, it will form a complex featuring different units such as residences, apartments, a shopping center, offices, and a hotel.

The first phase includes two 36-story residential towers and a connecting 19-story tower, offering a total of various apartment types. The apartments are designed in different sizes, starting from studio type up to 6+1. Studio apartments range from 41 to 50 m², while other apartment types are designed in varying square meters accordingly.

Construction of the project began in July 2013, and deliveries are planned for April 2018. Through an agreement with Akbank, sales are available with a 25% down payment; bank credit support is provided for the remaining amount.

Metsan Nexus Sales Office is located in Kartal / Istanbul. The project is situated on the E-5 Yakacık Road in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. This location offers advantages in terms of transportation and has various amenities in its surroundings.
