Mevsim İstanbul

Mevsim İstanbul is being built by Sarılar İnşaat in Kağıthane, Hamidiye Mahallesi. The project is located on a 6,972 m² land area and consists of a total of 187 apartments. The apartment types are designed as 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 to cater to nuclear families as well as large families.

Rising in a total of three blocks, the apartment sizes in the project have been determined according to various needs. Among the 2+1 apartments, there are options ranging from 93 to 152 square meters; 3+1 apartments vary between 144 and 258 square meters, and 4+1 apartments range from 249 to 255 square meters. Construction of the project began in 2016, and the delivery date is planned for September 2018.

The building materials used in the project have been selected in compliance with earthquake and insulation regulations. A ground survey was conducted for the buildings, and concrete class above C25 was used. Additionally, safety systems such as passenger and freight elevators and fire escapes are available.

Mevsim Sales Office is located in Kağıthane / İstanbul. In terms of access to the project, a location close to main transportation axes is offered. Thanks to this advantage, easy access to other amenities in the area is provided.
