MiaPort Concept & Comfort

MiaPort is a two-phase project built by Çağlayan Grup. MiaPort Phase 1 consists of residential and commercial units and its construction is completed; the delivery date is June 2022.

The apartment types in MiaPort Phase 1 include 1+1, 2+1, 2+1 duplex, and 3+1 duplex. The second phase, the MiaPort Comfort project, is still under construction and its delivery date is projected for June 2024. In this phase, along with residences, offices and shops will also be located; wider options are offered among the apartment types.

The total number of units within the project scope is 150. In both phases, besides apartments of different sizes, there are also commercial areas suitable for various usage purposes.

MiaPort Concept & Comfort Sales Office is located in Arnavutköy / Istanbul. The project is specifically situated on Taşoluk Street within Haraççı Neighborhood; it is at a point close to major roads in terms of transportation.
