Mina Towers

Mina Towers is located in the Dumlupınar neighborhood of Kadıköy district, Istanbul. Built by Başaran Gayrimenkul Yatırım, this project consists of six blocks, each 25 stories high and 80 meters tall, on a 26,000 square meter plot. The project includes a total of 1,500 residential units and 95 commercial units.

Mina Towers offers various apartment types, including 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5.5+1 options. The sizes of the apartments range from a minimum of 55 square meters up to a maximum of 300 square meters.

The architectural design of the project was carried out by Eren Talu. In terms of security measures, the project features constantly active camera systems and security teams.

Mina Towers Sales Office is located in Kadıköy / Istanbul. Situated in the urban transformation area known as the Fikirtepe region, it is at an important point in terms of transportation. The project delivery date is planned for December 2022.
