Mostar Life Grand Houses

Mostar Life Grand Houses is a residential project located in Başakşehir Mahallesi, Başakşehir district of Istanbul. Built on a 40,000 square meter land, the project was realized in partnership with Çolakoğlu Group, Bordo Yapı and İntes Yapı. The keys were delivered in June 2017, and there are a total of 332 residential units.

The project is designed inspired by the works of the architect Sinan and consists of a total of 15 blocks. Although different apartment types and sizes are available in the project, no details have been provided in this regard. In addition, various social amenities such as an indoor swimming pool and children's playgrounds are offered.

Within the residential project, there is a closed parking lot as well as multipurpose meeting rooms. Facilities such as a sauna, Turkish bath, and a fully equipped fitness center are also available in the project. Walking and jogging tracks and decorative ponds enrich the living space.

The Mostar Life Grand Houses Sales Office is located in Başakşehir / Istanbul. The project is 350 meters from the Başakşehir 1st Stage metro station and is situated at a point close to Istanbul Airport. It also draws attention with its proximity to the 3rd Bridge connection road and important healthcare institutions.
