Nevtepe Konutları

Nevtepe Konutları is located in the Güllü Bağlar Mahallesi district of Pendik, Istanbul. The project was developed by Çavuşoğlu Yemenler Grup and consists of a total of 81 apartments and 6 commercial units. The completion of the project is planned for the fourth quarter of 2020.

Nevtepe Konutları has been constructed in two blocks, each nine stories high. Targeting the middle-income group, this project offers a variety of housing options in different areas.

The project is situated approximately 3 kilometers northwest of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Although there are no shopping malls in the immediate vicinity, access to the D-100 highway and Tavşantepe metro station is available.

The Nevtepe Konutları Sales Office in Güllübağlar Mahallesi is located in Pendik / Istanbul. Additionally, Marmara University Pendik Training Hospital and many schools are within walking distance. Social amenities such as a children's playground are available around the project.
