Nexonya Element 2

Nexonya Element 2 is being developed in the Aşağı Dudullu neighborhood of Ümraniye, Istanbul. The project consists of a total of 92 apartments, designed in 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 layouts. Built in two blocks, the project comprises 15 and 9-story buildings.

The Nexonya Element 2 project has been constructed with high earthquake safety. Each apartment has a closed parking space, and access to the apartments is provided by double elevators. Social amenities include a pool, children's pool, children's playground, and a pergola.

The current delivery date for the project is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023. The aim during the construction process was to create a safe living space using the latest technology.
