Nidapark İstinye

Nidapark İstinye is located in the İstinye neighborhood of the Sarıyer district in Istanbul. The project was developed by Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve İnşaat A.Ş. and consists of a total of 3 different phases: Vadi, Panorama, and Koru, with a total of 522 independent units across 56 blocks.

The blocks in the project generally feature gardens and are designed as four or five-story buildings. Various apartment types are available, including options such as 2+1, 3+1, 2.5+1, 3.5+1, 4.5+1, and 5.5+1. The sizes of the apartments range from 90 square meters up to 663 square meters.

The Nidapark İstinye project has been nominated for LEED certification, and accordingly, both the exterior and interior designs were carried out by foreign firms; SB Architects designed the exterior while KY Mimarlık undertook the interior design.
