Nivo Ataköy

Nivo Ataköy is located in the Ataköy 3-4-11 neighborhood of Bakırköy district, Istanbul. Developed by Cathay Group, the project is situated on the E-5 highway. The project comprises a total of 314 independent units, with a delivery date set for the fourth quarter of 2019.

The environmentally friendly design of the building in the project is a candidate for the Gold LEED Certificate.
