Olcay Doruk Kent

Olcay Doruk Kent is a residential project located in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek neighborhood of Esenyurt, Istanbul. The project has been built on a 6,000 square meter area and consists of a total of 200 apartments. The apartments are offered for immediate delivery as of 2017.

Throughout the project, 2+1 apartment types are predominantly available; additionally, 4+1 and 5+1 duplex apartment options are also offered. The sizes of the 2+1 apartments range from 78 to 134 square meters, while the duplex apartments range from 171 to 230 square meters. A central heating system is used in all apartments.

Security measures have been taken in Olcay Doruk Kent; the facility is constantly monitored by cameras. Special playgrounds for children have also been designed in the project. It is stated that the apartments are eligible for bank loans.

Located in a rapidly developing area of Esenyurt, the Olcay Doruk Kent Sales Office is situated on Atatürk Avenue in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Neighborhood. The area where the project is located has easy transportation access and offers various amenities nearby.
