Ovalife

The Ovalife project is located in the Ovacık neighborhood of Ankara's Keçiören district. Developed by MZB İnşaat, the project has been built on a total area of 40,000 square meters. The structure consists of two 21-story blocks and contains a total of 156 apartments.

The project offers different apartment types: a wide range is presented with 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1, and 6+1 options. Apartment sizes start from 130 square meters for 2+1 units and reach up to 325 square meters for the largest 6+1 units. Each apartment is equipped with smart home systems and is delivered with a built-in white goods set.

In the Ovalife project, the winter rooms located inside each apartment also draw attention. The sizes of the winter rooms vary according to the apartment type, starting from a minimum of 13 square meters and reaching a maximum of 20 square meters. The project offers various amenities as social areas, including an indoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds, a fitness center, and a sauna.
