Paradise Palace 2

Paradise Palace 2 is being built in 23 Nisan Mahallesi, located in the Nilüfer district of Bursa. The project consists of a total of 148 apartments and is designed as two separate blocks (Block A and Block B). The delivery date of the project has been set as December 2023.

Block A is being constructed as 15 stories and offers different apartment options. The apartments in the project include 2+1 and 3+1 types; there are a total of six apartments on each floor. Some of the apartments have a view of the site interior, while others overlook 23 Nisan Mahallesi.

In the Paradise Palace 2 project, C40 concrete is used to increase durability, and a bored pile system is applied for ground reinforcement. These structural techniques contribute to creating a safe building by ensuring balanced load distribution in the project.

The project fronts İzmir Yolu and is located above Metro Gross Market. Thanks to its proximity to main transportation arteries, it is only a two-minute walk to Ataevler metro station and approximately a five-to-six-minute walk to Küçük Sanayi metro station. Paradise Palace 2 Sales Office is located in Nilüfer / Bursa.
