Payidar Taşdelen

Payidar Taşdelen is located in the Taşdelen neighborhood of Çekmeköy district in Istanbul. Built by UKS Grup, the project covers an area of 6,000 square meters and includes a total of 143 apartments. The project's delivery date is the third quarter of 2019.

The project consists of two interconnected blocks, each with 13 floors. Apartment types are designed only as 2+1 and 3+1. The sizes of the 2+1 apartments on the ground floor range from 55 to 85 square meters, while those on the mid-floors range from 105 to 137 square meters; additionally, the 3+1 apartments range from 158 to 170 square meters.

The Payidar Taşdelen project is being built in compliance with earthquake regulations and is located in Taşdelen, one of Istanbul's reliable areas according to soil surveys. First-class materials have been used in the project, prioritizing building safety.

Payidar Taşdelen Sales Office is located in Çekmeköy / Istanbul. An open swimming pool, a children's swimming pool, and children's play areas are planned within the project area; additionally, open and closed parking facilities will be provided.
